At Vibe Group on challenging assignments from our clients day in and day out. It takes a lot of persistence to introduce the right applicants to the client within a relatively short period of time, in order to create a win-win situation. We value the celebration of achieved successes very highly. We conclude every week with a nice Friday-afternoon drink in our local pub. Aside from that there are several incentives planned throughout the whole year. For example there is a target every month to go out for lunch in a star-awarded restaurant and about three times a year we organise a weekend trip to places like Rome, London, Barcelona & Ibiza. If you make the intended target, you will celebrate this at a wonderful location, entirely at the expense of Vibe Group!
